Living Like Royalty
Did you watch the royal wedding this morning? Hm, what can I say? It was almost as dreamy as ours a few years ago

But not only that I like happy endings, but I like happy starts as well. I say, there’s nothing better than kicking the day off with some delicious, colorful fresh fruit!
Nicely arranged on a whole wheat pancake. 
And some fresh ground coffee of course.
I definitely feel like royalty not having to make my own coffee. Push a couple of buttons and done! 
What else makes me feel like royalty? Not having to stay up at night to hand knead my own bread dough. Praise the Lord for flea-market bought bread machines!! 
Love the crunchy seeds on the top… 
Top it with a scoop of low-fat cottage cheese and some all-natural berry jam. It’s the best!!!
Lunch was amazingly regal too! I mean, just check out that fancy, shiny plate! Definitely fit for a queen One grilled, folded scrambled egg with a few Romaine lettuce and spinach leaves, some sliced carrots on the side, a red pepper ring and two whole grain cereal balls. (Cooked and served with an ice-cream scooper). Yummy in my tummy! 
Snacky #2 of my royal day: one banana, topped with some crunchy peanut butter and cinnamon. 
Dinner for tonight is already packed: some sweet, juicy, chilled honeydew. Can’t wait to dig in! 
And now, if you excuse me, I need to go to work & make some healthy smoothies!
